Letter of Appreciation from office or work

At the very beginning, we would like to introduce ourselves as an autonomous, non-political and not-for-profit organization established by a group of young and fresh engineer for the development of IT sector in the country. We feel proud to be the nation’s first NGO of its type. Our aim is to facilitate all Nepalese with IT education via access to the technology.

In order to pursue his Master’s Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering at the University of South Alabama, Alabama, U.S.A., Mr. Maar our Executive Member, designated as Treasure, has been granted a study leave for a period of three years effective from August 2005. During this period his position in the organization will be secured for him and will be granted with higher level of responsibilities to him after his return.

Mr. Maar has been working diligently with our organization right from the beginning of its establishment (April 2004). As a treasure he has been handling the financial transaction. With all his competence in fulfilling his responsibilities he is equally involved in decision making and coordinating several projects (Internet Campaign) of the organization.

I believe promoting Mr. Manar for higher academic opportunities will not only help us in getting an expert in our organization, but will also accrue a valuable technical resource person in the country. With all the motivation, maturity and intellect, he has and the respect he shows for his profession and the members, he has earned my unequaled personal respect. I feel gratified to recommend Mr. Manar and wish all the best for his future endeavors.
