This is to certify that Mr. Chandra was a student of this college since 1999 to 2003 where students are admitted after a National wide, open, examination. By sheer fact that, was enrolled here provides ample proof of his academics.
It gives immense pleasure to write a few words in the form of a recommendation for Chandra who also has been under my guidance during his undergraduate study in Electronics and Communication Engineering Program for the year 1999 and 2001. Besides having taught him four main mathematical courses, Engineering Mathematics (I, II, III, IV), I as the Vice Principal of this institution have had a unique position to judge his caliber in a broader picture. More broadly, in terms of intellectual aptitude, he is amongst the top 15% students coming out of lec’s program in the last 5 years.
Although Chandra could not perform up to my expectation in my courses, I have no reservation in recommending him for his Masters Program. He is sincere, hard working, dedicated, enthusiastic and a helpful person. His logical approach towards problem solving and determination to keep at a problem till he finds a solution for which are really convincing are the most impressing one.
Beside academics he is in the forefront of extra curricular activities like community services, various cultural, sports, development programs and organizing teamwork are the compliments to his academic work. He was one of the active members of executive committee of College first musical festival “Music Festival 2002” in which more than fifteen Technical Colleges from the Katmandu valley and some Nepal’s Celebrity had participated. Chandra has an ability to communicate coherently and comfortably in English Language.
His modest outlook to life and friendly nature helped him to establish a good rapport with one and all. I also personally feel that wherever he goes he will always maintain his special identity of an ideal student. I strongly recommend him for your esteemed University for his Master’s program and I assure you that he will prove himself as a successful candidate.
I wish him all the best in his future academic career.
